My application to the CF reserve was rejected due to medical reasons (hearing loss in left ear) can I appeal ?

I wouldn’t doubt your competency however, I can almost assure you that military service in any line unit will result in further hearing loss. Don’t risk permanent deafness for any reason. You would regret it for the rest of your life.

You cant appeal a physical medical problem that would cause you to become a liability no matter how small. And unfortunately your ADDor ADHD which ever will almost certainly act like icing on the cake. You can make your best attempts but the odds wont be in your favor
