sounds like the flu
keep her temperature down by dressing her in light clothing..no blankets, even if she thinks she’s cold.

plenty of fluid
plenty of rest

try to keep her eating small meals so she doesn’t lose weight. soup is a good option, or just toast if she’s feeling nauseous.

good luck

Take her to the Doctor

Uhhhhh, nice parenting. Smells (perfume, etc) are not going to give your child a fever of 102. Obviously she needs medical attention even if it’s “normal” for her to have chronic sinus problems. She needs antibiotics by the sound of it. And a professional opinion. Not people recreationally answering questions on Yahoo.

For the fevers have her take a cold bath then wrap herself up in warm clothes and warm blankets to draw out the fever. Loss of appetite try black tea or 7-up with saltine crackers in moderation.
Chloresptic losenges are good for sore throats read warning labels first before administrating. Dehumidifier works for stuffy nose and vick’s vapo rub. If the symptoms grow worse or do not improve in 24 hours take her to the emergency room asap.

I hope all is well soon.

Looks like symptoms of flu.

Make sure she drinks plenty of fluid and gets a lot of rest. Let her gargle with warm salt water or use throat sprays or lozenges for her sore throat. OTC antihistamines may give her some relief from runny nose and watery eyes. Maybe you could try applying vapor rub in her chest to relieve cold and decongestion, or use TheraFlu. Tylenol is also good but it’s just for temporary relief of headache, fever and muscle aches, it doesn’t cure the infection itself.

Continue monitoring the symptoms. If they persist, worsen, or other symptoms develop like trouble breathing, bluish skin color, or change in mental status (like being irritable or having seizures), then it’s time to take her to the doctor.

Good luck, hope she gets well soon c”,)
